Virginia E. (Harrell) Potter - Peters, 72
Virginia E. (Harrell) Potter - Peters, 72, passed away on Saturday, February 12, 2011 in Alamogordo, NM. She was born on Wednesday, November 23, 1938 in Ashmore, IL to Paul E. and Nella D. (Stanley) Harrell.
She was a Primary Education Teacher in Sandwich, IL. She was a member of Cottonwood Christian Fellowship and was very strong in her faith. She loved reading and fellowship with friends and family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband David Potter and sisters, Patty and Judy.
She is survived by her daughter, Kris Hill and husband Charles of Manchester, TN; four grandchildren, Kurt, Cody, Rachael and Charles; one great grandchild, Jaden; one sister, Linda and a brother, David.
Memorial services will be 3:00 pm, Thursday, February 17, 2011 at Cottonwood Christian Fellowship, Alamogordo, NM with Rev. Robert Smith officiating.
Direct cremation will take place at PCS.
