Richard Leland Ross

Richard Leland Ross, 89, of Alamogordo New Mexico.  He resided at Betty Dare Good Shepard Nursing Home. He passed away on February 27th, 2021.

     Richard was born October 6, 1931 in Bushnell, Illinois to Kenner Wayne and Mable Louise (Lutz) Ross.

     He was survived by one sister Lois Ross Nicodemus of Mason City, Illinois. Several nephews Douglas Nicodemus (Cate) of Riverton,  Illinois, Paul Nicodemus of Prosser, Washington, Steven Nicodemus of Mason City, Illinois, and Michael Nicodemus (Mary), and a couple nieces Patti Trabue (Tim) of Mason City, Illinois and Joann Nicodemus of Mason City, Illinois. Along with several great nieces and nephews.

     Richard loved the Lord and enjoyed sharing the gospel with others. He enjoyed going to church. He loved ice cream and going to McDonald's after church.  He loved to travel when he was younger. He enjoyed riding his bicycle.

     Cremation rites have been accorded.  Burial will be at a later date.
