Patrick Allen Sears, 67, died on Christmas Eve, 2013.

Born July 27, 1946 in Pittsburg, Kansas, he lived his early life in Stafford, Kansas. In 1962 his family moved to Las Cruces, New Mexico where Pat graduated from Las Cruces High School in 1964. In 1970 he received a degree in Mechanical Engineering at New Mexico State University. Pat worked for several engineering firms in Texas until he began a long career as a civil service engineer with the US Air Force (Canon AFB in Clovis). His last 12 years were spent at Holloman AFB in Alamogordo until retiring in October of 2013. Pat was an avid lover of all things cars and his beloved dogs.

Survivors include his brother, Steven, 2 nephews, Patrick and Eric; and a grand nephew.

Pat was preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Freda Sears.
