Michael Lawrence Schuff, 64, passed away on May 22, 2016 in Sacramento, NM. He was born on January 19, 1952 in Oakpark, Michigan to Thomas and Mary ( McGarvey) Schuff.

Michael met and later married Dana Curran on September 7, 1991. Michael had a long and successful career in Country Radio with his partner and wife Dana. He was the winner of multiple broadcast awards and will be inducted into the Country Radio Hall of Fame on June 22, 2016. Michael died suddenly at his home in Sacramento on May 22nd.

Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Dana Schuff of the family home; sons, Adam Carpenter of Ft. Worth, TX, Eric Schuff of Midland TX; daughter, Rachel Schuff of Ft. Worth TX; daughter-in-law, Sara Carpenter of Ft Worth, TX; father, Thomas Schuff of Sharpsburg, GA; mother-in-law, Mary Stanford of Alamogordo, NM and two sisters, Laurel Canton and Michele Schuff both of Atlanta, GA. He loved being a grandfather to Gwendolyn (Gwennie) Carpenter and Gabriel Michael Schuff.

Michael will be greatly missed by his family and many many friends.
Friends and former co-workers are planning a service and memorial at MidCities Community Church in Midland, Texas on June 11th at 2:00 pm.

Direct Cremation will take place under the care of PCS Direct Cremation Services.
