M. Marjo Davis (Christie), 83
Beloved mother, grandmother and sister.
M. Marjo Davis (Christie), 83, passed from this life on Sunday, May 20, 2007 in Alamogordo.
Mrs. Davis was preceded in her death by her husbands, Cephus Christie and Howard Davis.
She is survived by two sons, Joe Christie and Robert Christie; three daughters, Gwendolyn McCourt, Judy Lewis and Paula Devereaux; one sister, Emogene Armstrong of Wright City, OK; seventeen grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.
Marjo was a member of Chi Master Sorority, Grace Faith Circle, Red Hats and thoroughly enjoyed the above organizations. Marjo and Howard were ranchers in Oklahoma before moving to Alamogordo.
There will be a Memorial Service conducted at Grace United Methodist Church on June 2 at 10:00 A.M. There will also be a service in Valliant Ok in late June. No flowers, if you wish to make a memorial please send the donation to the Grace Methodist Scholarship Fund.
