Kathleen Gross, 87
My wife, Kathleen McKee Gross, at age 87 passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 4, 2013. She was cremated with her best friend (the dachshund) Kelly at the same time in the adjacent pet crematory.
There will be no services.
Starting in April 1945 with WWII raging, we discovered each other at adjacent "camps", she in the Royal Air Force and I in the U.S. Air Corps. We married in August; she arrived in April 1946 and became a proud U.S. citizen shortly thereafter.
Kathleen was my wife for 68 years. She was my one and only love, she was my life. There was never another, there never will be another, not for me, not in this life.
Rememer her as that cheerful Irish lass.
