John V. Murphy, Jr.
John V. Murphy, Jr. , age 77, beloved husband of Martha Elia (Eli) and father of 5 children, 3 step sons, 11 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren. John was proud part of the manned space industry on the Saturn rockets, Apollo rockets, and the Space Shuttle programs serving at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. He loved visiting family and friends. He was a Washington Redskins fan and just liked watching and talking football. He also liked working on cars. He believed in education and savings. He lived both in Mexico and in the U.S. and traveled between. A private family gathering was held in memory of John.
