Jerry Reynolds, 61

Jerry Reynolds, "J.R." 61, passed away on December 5, 2014 in Alamogordo, New Mexico. He was born on July 2, 1953 in Austin, Texas to Erwin and Joann (Grant) Reynolds.

Jerry met and later married the love of his life, Candace Price on June 10, 1972. He owned and operated J.R.'s Auto Service for 30 years which is still being operated by his nephew Josh and Mandy Reynolds and family to keep the family business alive. He was a member of the Golden Gears Car Club.

Survivors include wife of 42 years, Candace Reynolds of the family home; daughters, Susan Reynolds - Allen and husband Jim and their son Tyler of Midland, TX and Diane Reynolds - Sanborn and husband Jeff of Wichita, KS; sisters, Linda Dodd of Oshkosh, WI and Karen Holt and husband Tim of Alamogordo; brothers, Don Reynolds and wife Bernadette and Jeff Reynolds and wife Annie all of Alamogordo, Randy Reynolds and wife Diane of Plano, TX and Larry Reynolds and wife Barbara of Oneida, WI. Jerry had several nieces and nephews that were special to him including, Julie Statler and family, Donnie Reynolds and wife Kelly-Jett-Reynolds, Nicky and Kenny Reynolds, Kristy Rideout and husband Ernest and family, Mikey Reynolds, Shelly-Jett McIntire and husband Kelly, Cheri Arellano and family, Shane Price and wife KerriAnne and family, Shawnee Price and family and close family friends, Jo Conroy, Heather and Cheyanne Conroy, Kim and Nick Conroy and Jerry and Jane Hamel.

He was preceded in death by Father, Erwin George Reynolds, Mother, Joann Ellen Grant.

Cremation has taken place through PCS and a celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
