Jeffery J. Dickey left this earth on April 2, 2001 after a lifelong battle with depression. His passion for and knowledge of our National Park System provided him with numerous volunteer opportunities that he embraced and found joy in sharing numerous parks with visitors. While his heart was always in the Twin Cities, his journey took him across this country and abroad as he captured wonderful photographs and checked destinations off his "bucket list." His pain is now over and his spirit is free to roam on the wind. He is survived by brothers Bob Dickey and wife Diane in Wisconsin, Dennis Dickey and wife Donna in Las Cruces, and sister Kathe Stark in Las Cruces as well as nephews and nieces and their families; Jennifer, Jim Jeremy and Jessica Cotturone, James, Christa and Alex Dickey, Jon, Deanna, Tristan and Kendall Dickey and Michael, Donna, Casey and Robin Dickey.
Cremation will take place at PCS.
