James O "Jim" Bowman, 77

James O "Jim" Bowman, 77, passed away on March 22, 2013. Jim was born on October 29, 1935 in Salem, Oregon.

Jim proudly served his country in the United States Army. He married Mary Donahoo on August, 5, 1966.

Jim is preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Margaret Bowman, 3 brothers, 2 sisters, his granddaughter, Suelynn Melton and his in-laws, James and Lorina Donhoo.

Jim is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Mary, his 3 sons, Keith and wife Laura, James Robert and wife Stephanie and John and wife Cheryl; daughter Lynn and husband Bobby and his special daughter Stacey Allison. Jim was a grandfather to 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren and uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind his close friends Ron and Sharon Morgan, Bob and Christine Patton and Bill Farley.

A celebration of Jim's life will take place at noon on Saturday, March 30, 2013 at the family home in Boles Acres.
