Gertrud Marie Giovannetti, 90, passed away on April 18, 2015 in Alamogordo, New Mexico. She was born on February 25, 1925 in Ludwigshafen Am Rhein, Germany to Johannes and Luise Seiler.
Survivors include, daughters, Trudy (Robert) Hudson of Alamogordo, NM, and Carolyn (Michael) Mashburn of Sacramento, CA; Grandsons, Geoffrey (Susan) Wisneski of Norfolk, VA, Adam and Gregory Wisneski both of Orlando, FL; Christopher (Kasey) Mashburn, of Sacramento, CA and Timothy Hudson of Alamogordo, NM; great grandsons, Gerick Wisneski of Norfolk, VA and Killian Mashburn of Sacramento, CA and a special niece, Geri McDonald of Burlingame, CA.
She was preceded in death by father, Johannes Seiler and mother, Luise Weibert Seiler.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Betty Dare for staff, present and past, and residents.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to your favorite charity.
The Giovannetti family has entrusted their loved one to the care of PCS Direct Cremation Service to direct the services. Cremation will take place at PCS.
