Ronald E. "Gene" Schulte, 77, of La Luz, passed away, Saturday, August 02, 2008 at Good Samaritan Society, Betty Dare.
Mr. Schulte was born April 8, 1931 in Hepler, KS to Frank and Anna (Peterson) Schulte. He married Doris M. Waterbury October 19, 1931 in Lamars, Iowa. He retired in 1970 from the United States Air Force as a Tech Sergeant having served in Japan after World War II, Korea and Viet Nam.
He is survived by his wife, Doris M. Schulte of the family home; three brothers and four sisters in Oklahoma and Arkansas.
Direct Cremation will take place under the care of PCS Direct Cremation Services.
Private memorial services will take place at a later date.
