Darrell James McDonough Sr. passed away on November 29, 2025, at the age of 66 years old. He was born in Elkhart, IN on February 22, 1959, to Thomas Joseph McDonough IV and Barabara Ann McDaniel. He graduated from Alamogordo Senior High School in 1977. 

Darrell is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Robert Franklin Barker; sons, Dewayne Owen McDonough and Troy Aaron McDonough. He is survived by his sisters, Cheryl Carroll and Laurel Marinell;  his children, Tessa A. Tyler, Thomas J. McDonough V, Darrell J. McDonough Jr., Quoida L. Lauzon, Jesee R. McDonough; grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday January 16, 2026, at Mountain View Church located at 1300 Cuba Avenue, Alamogordo, NM 88310.

The McDonough family has entrusted their loved one to the care of PCS Direct Cremation Service.
