Beloved family man
Bruce Arlen Hawkinson, 73, passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2009 at his home in Ruidoso. He was born on October 22, 1935 in Bagley, MN to Clarence and Lillian (Wood) Hawkinson.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Marie of the family home; son, Terry and wife Pattie; daughters, Gail Prestegard and husband Gary, Linda Rankin and husband Scott; step-son, Eric Hanks; grandchildren, Hope Hawkinson, Travis and Daniel Hawkinson, Heidi Ausman, Amber Prestegard, Andrew, Kyle and Shannon Rankin and Timothy and Erica Hanks; great grandchildren, Gavin and Tatum Hawkinson; brothers, Ronnie and Jim Hawkinson and sister June Jones.
A Memorial Service will be conducted at 11:00 am on Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at the Ruidoso Downs Race Track Turf Club.
The Hawkinson family has entrusted their loved one to PSC Cremation Services for direct cremation.
