Albert Billups Obituary

Albert Lewis Billups, 92, a resident of Tularosa, NM died Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at his home, surrounded by his loving nephews, David and Aaron Turberville of New Mexico.
Albert was born October 8, 1928 to Edward Young Billups and Lois Minnie Hudman Billups in Otero County.

After high school, Albert joined the Army Air Corps which turned into the Air Force. After the Air Force, he began his lifelong career as a surveyor. He started out at Holloman, AFB and White Sands Missile Range moving then to Wyoming which took him all over the world.

He was preceded in death by his parents and all of his brothers and sisters.

He is survived by David and Laura Turberville and their family; Debra Jo Byers and family; Richard Turberville and family and many nieces and nephews; also his good friends, Justin and Renee, Lon and Loryn Danley and Harvey Hinkle, Jr, Brenda Hinkle Jefferson and Yvonne Hinkle.

The Billups family has entrusted their loved one to the care of PCS Direct Cremation Service.
