Patricia Lynn Rudd Fulmer passed away peacefully on her 77th birthday, February 22, 2024. Pat was born was born February 22, 1947, in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Vernal (Dolly) LaFond Rudd and Donald H. Rudd.
She had a rich childhood, also living in New York and Wisconsin before moving to Alamogordo at age of 12 in 1959. After graduating from Alamogordo High, she attended NMSU and was then married to Thomas W. Parrish from Feb 1966 to 1972. They had two sons, Lt. Col. Michael Parrish, USAF, Retired (Mary Reese) of New Braunfels, Texas and Brian James Parrish (Angela Kraemer) of Alamogordo; four grandsons, Nicholas (Allison), Zachary, David, and Samuel Parrish; and 5 great grandchildren, Kaelyn, Daxton, Emberly, Jensen, and Ruby Faye Parrish.

Pat was proud of her association with the U.S. Forest Service in Cloudcroft, working there from 1989 through 1995. She made several life-long friends there. She loved her midlife days of travel to see plays in New York, touring with friends in Puerto Rico, Mexico, and family in Hawaii. Although she was restricted in movement in later years, she always said how glad she was she traveled when she was young, and she was content. She had a wonderful small group of friends and family who visited and cared for her. She was stubbornly proud and independent to the end, holding on until her birthday to live as long as her beloved father did. She is also survived by three sisters, Nancy Alejo (Thomas), Susan Tucker (Billy), Therese Michelle Aguirre, and one brother, Timothy Joseph Rudd (Cynthia); ten nieces and nephews and 17 great nieces and nephews.
The family has entrusted their loved one to the care of PCS Professional Cremation Service. Cremation has taken place.
